What we collect
If you send an enquiry, we collect what you enter in the form (your names, email, wedding date or rough timing, guest numbers, budget, rooms and any message), plus the country your request came from and your browser type. This site is a concept by VenuePartner, so your enquiry goes to VenuePartner. We use it only to send you a receipt and reply to you about it.
The site has no accounts or analytics and does not set cookies.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in a Cloudflare database and sent to VenuePartner by email using Resend. We keep them for up to 12 months and then delete them. To see, correct or delete your enquiry, email us at the address below.
Ask the estate (AI chat)
Questions you type into the "Ask the estate" chat are sent to Anthropic, which provides the AI model, to generate a reply. We don't store the conversation. To limit misuse we keep a count of messages per visitor, identified by a code made from your IP address that changes every day, and delete these counts after 30 days.
Third parties
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with them. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes requests to deliver the pages.
